Where The Boys Aren't 19
Where The Boys Aren't #19 is finally out. The scenes are at least 3 years old, because many of the performers in it have not been under contract to Vivid, the film's maker, for years. Mercedez and Lexie Marie had their Vivid contracts end after AVN 2006. Tawny Roberts left in 2005. To me, the movie looks like it was shot at the same time as Where The Boys Aren't #18 to be perfectly honest (both films have the same cast despite being released over a year apart). The movie is put together as a series of vignettes, there is no real story line. This series appears to have taken a giant leap into the crapper. None of the newer Vivid Girls like Sunny Leone, Cassidey, Meggan Malone, nor Hanna Hilton appear.
The best films in the Where The Boys Aren't film series are Where The Boys Aren't 13 and Where The Boys Aren't 8

"I don't want a career, I just wanna fuck.," says newcomer Deena Daniels
Deena Daniels is a fresh faced newcomer to the adult industry from Arizona. She is from a large Mormon family and was involved in many church activities growing up. Last week, Deena graciously agreed to be interviewed by FreePornStarPix.com during Porn Star Karaoke. Deena discussed her recent departure from Type 9 Models, her career (she says she doesn't want a career, she just wants to fuck), and former occupation - Deena was a snow board instructor.
Here is a partial transcript of the interview.
Interviewer: Deena, who are you repped by?
Deena: I was repped by Type Nine yesterday, but not anymore.
Interviewer:What happened?
Deena: I'm too slutty and I give myself away for free and I get in
trouble for it, ya know, because porn stars aren't supposed to be
slutty.
Interviewer:They thought that was an issue?
(Someone interjects with, 'Her agent.')
Deena: Yeah (laughs)
Interviewer: So, who are you with now?
Deena: I'm repping myself.
Interviewer: And how do people get in touch with you?
Deena: Huh?
Interviewer: How do people get in touch with to book you?
Deena: MySpace. I pretty much know everyone because I blow
everyone, when I'm on set so..everyone has my number
so they just call me.. cause they know if they book
me they are probabaly going to get some.
(Someone interjects with:
Do you answer your MySpace friends when they contact you?)
Deena: Always. Especially, I have alot of weirdos that myspace me
and always myspace them because they are cute.
Interviewer: You don't see this as something that is going to hold you
back in your career. You're still proceeding forward?
Deena: I don't really want a career, I just wanna fuck. (laughs)
Interviewer: So where do you see yourself in one year?
Deena: I don't really know.
(Porno Dan interjects with,'In my basement, hiding under the sink.')
But I have a backup plan.
Interviewer: What's that?
Deena: If I don't make it in the porn business, I'm just gonna go back to being
a snowboard bum and fucking my students like I used to.
Interviewer: In what city were you a snowboard bum?
Deena: It was Pinetop Arizona, that's like four hours east of Phoenix.
Interviewer: What is it about girls from Arizona coming to LA getting into porn?
There's been like an exodus.
Deena: All their parents are like so straight edge and all the girls
get crazy. My parents are Mormon.
Interviewer: You're Mormon?
Deena: I have ten brothers and sisters.
(Someone interjects,'Are you from Phoenix?')
No, I'm from four hours east of Phoenix.
Interviewer: Did you do your Mormon internship, where you turn 18 and go out
and save the world?
Deena: No.
(laughter)
I was the only girl that ever got kicked out of girl's camp for
taking naked pictures in the shower and lighting myself on fire,
but I was teaching a good lesson. I was teaching the 'stop, drop,
and roll class'.
So sprayed my body with hair spray and lit myself on fire and I really
did the whole stop, drop, and roll thing. I was the only girl ever to be
banned from girls camp.
Interviewer: Do you think your students learned from that after you did it?
Deena: They did. Ya know, I'm a really teacher. I was the number one snow instructor
for two years in a row. I'm a great fucking teacher.
Interviewer: How did you become a snowboard teacher? Was that always an interest?
Deena: When I was 11 I had a really hot instructor and so like I hate snowborading
but I took three lessons from him and I ended up being really good and the
instructors are like 50 guys and two girls, so I became a snowboard instructor
to hang out with the guys. I got really good because I was like trying to keep
up with them all the time. And so, you know, boys are a big motivation in my life.
Interviewer: Did you ever think of going professional?
Deena: Uh, yeah I did and I hurt my back really bad cause I jumped off a twelve
foot cliff and hit a tree and now I can't. I can snowboard, but I can do backflips.

Former Vivid Girl Devon is not dead. She can be booked through Goldstar Modeling. Here is her page on the site. At Erotica LA 2008, I asked her if she was still under contract with Club 818 (the company had released a series of girl/girl movies with her in the starring role). She dryly said,'That contract is no longer in effect.'

Georgina Spelvin signs her autobiography at local bookstore
