Press Photographers Banned From Neu Wave Hookers PremiereThe Neu Wave Hookers premiere party was held at Miss Kitty's Parlour (6510 Santa Monica Blvd, LA, CA 90038) in Hollywood, but don't be shocked if you don't see any photos from the event, because in spite of inviting the media via a press release earlier this week, photographs were not allowed. I had shot four photos when a large four hundred pound woman dressed in black stormed up to me and huffily asked,'What's that for?' I explained to her that I was a press photographer and she roughly grabbed me by the hand and escorted me to the door saying,'I'm Miss Kitty and I don't allow photos in my club. You can either check your camera at the door or put it back in your car.' I left after that. I have to put the VCA Neu Wave Hookers party in the same category as the disastrous Bikini Brawl benefit last year. The event even started out on the same sour note as the aforementioned event with door people problems (the 'security' officer was unprofessional and then the door hostess told me that I was not on the list in spite of the fact that director Eon McKai emailed me and asked if I wanted to shoot photos at the party and offered to put me on the 'do not pay' list. I ended up paying ten dollars to get in.) What was the point of sending out a press release if press photographers aren't allowed in? Best Costumes at AVN ExpoThis year I noticed that many companies went the extra mile when outfitting booth models. Namely Plantinum X, Redlight District, Elegant Angel, Hustler, and CinemaPlay/Spice Studios come to mind. Platinum X and Hustler dressed their girls in different costumes for each day of the expo, which was a great idea. I hope to see other companies follow their lead. My favorite were the Platinum X girls in their cheerleader outfits. On day one, the girls wore white satin cheerleader outfits with 'Platinum X' in rhinestones on the back! Here's Selena Silver modeling the outfit.   So cute!!! Redlight District had their girls decked out in tight red lycra midriff tops and too short red lycra cheerleader skirts that showed off their tight white panties. It was a very eye catching look to say the least.   Red Light District also put their logo on the back of the denim mini skirts worn by their models whose jobs were to circulate the expo floor handing out flyers and momentos. See the example below.  CinemaPlay/Spice Studio's booth featured sexy stewardesses to promote their upcoming films 'Fly Spice' and 'Fly Asian Spice'. (They also had tv screens running trailers from the movies - which by the way look fantastic.) Below is Cody Milo modeling the stewardess uniform which revealed a nice amount of chest.
