Asia Carrera's Husband Dead?

Asia Carrera recently updated her website with news that her husband had died in a car accident. Many online have expressed skepticism at the news, because her bulletin included a request for donations to be sent to her via Paypal.

There are several reasons to be skeptical:

1. No information regarding Don Lemmon's death can be found in the news media, nor can any mention of a roll over Jeep accident in Las Vegas be found.

2. Asia has never begged for money online before and, in fact, had frequently bragged of her financial wizardry on her site rather frequently on the past decade.

3. After the police notified her of her husband's death, why did she immediately run to her computer to post a notice about it and beg for money? Think about it. It is a rather odd response.

4. In her latest bulletin, she professes not to know how to get her deceased husband's credit cards or ATM information (i.e. pin number, etc), yet the information is readily available online:

The Coroner's Office is responsible for property that is either on the decedent or under the immediate control of the decedent. Property on the decedent may or may not be removed at the place of death at the discretion of the Coroner Investigator. Whenever property is removed from the decedent, each item is described and recorded on a property receipt with a witness co-signing the receipt. Property is then either released to the next of kin at the time of removal or secured at the Coroner's Office. Under most circumstances the property is available for release to the legal next of kin during normal office hours, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM., Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

06/12 - Trying to pull myself together and take care of business today, put Don's bank accounts on hold (his ATM and credit cards are impounded with the destroyed vehicle and I don't know who can get to them), talked to some of his business partners about trying to keep his business continuing without him somehow, and I made a down payment on a nice little used car with a new car seat for Catty so we can get around town and try to take care of things the best we can. I'm using the money in the paypal account to buy this car, so I thank each and every one of you who donated money from the bottom of my heart. Please, if you can spare it, I have no pride, I'm scared and I'm asking for your help - please donate a lot or a little to me, Catty, and my unborn son Devin, due August 11th, to my Paypal Account, use address asiac@asiacarrera.com (that's asiaC, not just asia). I'm so scared that I won't be able to handle this newborn baby all by myself, along with Catty... I'm socially phobic, living alone in a state where I know nobody, afraid to leave the house by myself, without Don... every day is going to be such a huge struggle for the rest of my life. God this whole thing just breaks my heart, what happened to the perfect family I had a week ago? I was so in love, I woke up each day grateful to have such a good life, and in an instant... it's all gone. Don, I miss you, I need you, I don't know how I'm going to do this alone... *cry cry cry*

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

1. Why can't Don's business partners lend her a bit of money to keep going?
2. Paypal cannot be used on adult websites or for adult transactions. Asia not a newcomer to internet financial transactions and knows this. She has her own merchant account, in fact.
3. Why is she not on Don's bank account? She's his wife after all. Why can't she ask a neighbor for a ride to the bank, produce ID once there, and get some money?
4. Asia isn't stupid and has always made people aware of her Mensa membership (Mensa is a society of geniuses). I do not believe that someone with her alleged mental abilities could not find a better solution.

Finally, I'll just be very forthright and say it,"

I BELIEVE SHE IS LYING!!!!
